BeckyDragon Camps Manager in Colwyn BayBecky joined the company in 2004 and has been Manager of Dragon Camps since 2018. She is responsible for planning the full Dragon Camps programme and plays a key role in supporting staff to deliver high-quality, engaging activities. Becky is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every child feels welcome, supported and valued. Over the years, she has cared for countless children and built strong relationships with families. Known for her creativity, enthusiasm and genuine care, Becky is truly adored by the children and is dedicated to making every camp experience fun and memorable. |

MeganDragon Camps Deputy ManagerMegan became Deputy Manager in 2022 and has over 10 years’ experience working with children and young people. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education, as well as a Level 3 qualification in Special Educational Needs. Megan is passionate about providing a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where children can learn, develop and thrive, while creating fun and engaging experiences that build confidence, creativity and enjoyment. |
KarlaSports CoachKarla will be leading exciting activities within our Sports Edition this summer. She holds a BSc in Sports Science and Coaching and currently supports students within a college setting. Karla is approachable, motivated and an excellent leader who is passionate about promoting health, wellbeing and positive experiences through sport. Her enthusiasm and encouragement help children develop confidence while having lots of fun. |
MollieCreative Edition Room LeadMollie has worked across our nurseries since leaving school and has continued working at Dragon Camps while studying at university. Mollie is now a full-time member of our nursery and Dragon Camps team and has built wonderful relationships with the children and families she supports. Her caring, patient and encouraging approach helps every child feel valued, confident and inspired to express themselves through creative play. |

AliceMini EditionAlice has worked across Dragon Camps and our regional sites since 2024 and is loved by staff, parents and children alike. She has recently completed her Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Alice brings warmth, enthusiasm and a caring nature to every child she works with. |
AmandaMini EditionAmanda joins Dragon Camps having previously worked across our Conwy County sites. She is energetic, enthusiastic and always has a smile on her face. Her positive attitude makes her a favourite with children, parents and colleagues alike. |
CeylinMini EditionCurrently completing her A-levels, Ceylin brings kindness, enthusiasm and lots of positive energy to Dragon Camps. She enjoys helping children feel welcomed, supported and included. |

Mary-JaneMini EditionKnown to many as MJ, Mary-Jane has a wonderful rapport with children and is recognised for her kind, friendly and nurturing nature. With experience in primary schools and supporting children with additional needs, she is passionate about helping every child flourish. |

Compassionate and knowledgeable, she has particular strengths in supporting children’s behaviour and those requiring additional support, ensuring every child feels safe, understood and valued. |
RubyMini EditionRuby has been part of the Dragon Camps team since 2025 and is currently studying for a BSc in Psychology at the University of Bath. She has a real passion for working with our Mini Edition children and brings a calm, caring and nurturing approach to every session. Ruby’s kind nature helps every child feel happy, safe and supported as they explore, learn and make new friends. |

SiwanCreative Edition & Sports EditionSiwan will be joining both our Creative Edition and Sports Edition this summer. She is currently studying towards a degree in Sports Therapy and has a passion for creating positive, engaging and supportive environments where children can thrive. Siwan is enthusiastic, approachable and has excellent communication and teamwork skills, making her a fantastic addition to the Dragon Camps team. |
PamelaMini EditionPamela has worked as a Teaching Assistant since 2024 and has valuable experience supporting children in the early years. She is full of enthusiasm and positivity and loves to sing, entertain and make children smile. Pamela’s warm and friendly personality makes her a wonderful addition to our Mini Edition, and she can’t wait to share a summer full of fun and laughter with our youngest adventurers. |
ElenCreative EditionElen is currently studying at university and has experience working in primary schools as well as sports coaching. She is positive, hardworking and highly organised, with a real passion for helping children learn through exciting and engaging activities. Elen’s confidence, enthusiasm and caring nature ensure every child feels encouraged to have fun, build confidence and try something new. |

AbiCreative EditionAbi has been part of the Dragon Camps team since 2025 and has worked across both our Mini Edition and Creative Edition. She has also provided additional support for children with Additional Learning Needs, always ensuring every child feels included and encouraged. Abi is much loved by both the children and the team, and we are delighted to welcome her back for another fantastic summer at Dragon Camps. |
EvieCreative EditionEvie is a familiar face to many of our families, having previously worked at our Kids Planet West End nursery. She is caring, hardworking and has a wonderfully kind nature that children quickly warm to.
