She is responsible for planning the full Dragon Camps programme and plays a key role in supporting staff to deliver high-quality, engaging activities. Becky is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every child feels welcome, supported, and valued. Over the years, she has cared for countless children and built strong relationships with families. Known for her creativity, enthusiasm, and genuine care, Becky is truly adored by the children and is dedicated to making every camp experience fun and memorable. |

MeganDragon Camps Deputy ManagerMegan became Deputy Manager in 2022 and has over 10 years’ experience working with children and young people. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education, as well as a Level 3 qualification in Special Educational Needs. Megan is passionate about providing a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where children can learn, develop and thrive, while creating fun and engaging experiences that build confidence, creativity and enjoyment. |
KaiSports CoachKai has extensive experience coaching both children and adults and holds qualifications in coaching, as well as Supporting Teaching and Learning in Physical Education and School Sport. He leads the planning and delivery of our Sports Edition sessions, creating fun, inclusive and progressive sports programmes for children. Through sport, games and outdoor activities, Kai helps children build confidence, teamwork and a lifelong love of being active. |
MollieCreative Edition Room LeadMollie has worked across our nurseries since leaving school while studying at university she has worked at Dragon Camps. Mollie is now a full-time member of our nursery and Dragon Camps team. She has built wonderful relationships with the children and families she supports. Her caring, patient and encouraging approach helps every child feel valued, confident and inspired to express themselves through creative play. |
AliceMini EditionAlice has worked across Dragon Camps and our regional sites since 2024 and is loved by staff, parents and children alike and she has recently completed her Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Alice brings warmth, enthusiasm and a caring nature to every child she works with. |
