We carefully select our team members for their experience, energy, and passion for working with children. Every member of staff is committed to delivering the highest standards of care, safety, and fun that families expect from a trusted holiday camp.
We also work with specialist instructors to enrich certain activities within the programme. All external providers are thoroughly vetted, closely supervised, and held to the same high standards as our core team. Alongside this, we maintain comprehensive systems and procedures to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and security of every child in our care. Our camps are always well-supervised, and all instructors are highly experienced, with any external venues rigorously checked.
We are proud that all of our core staff either hold or are working towards formal childcare qualifications, with over 90% qualified to NVQ Level 3. We actively support ongoing professional development, providing training opportunities to ensure our team continues to grow and deliver the best possible experience.
